These terms cover the use of impcircus.com. By using the site you agree to them. We have kept them short and human on purpose.
Announcing yourself
If you send the troupe form, you are telling us you exist and you make things. That binds you to nothing, and it is not an application, a contract, or an offer of work. We may write back. We may take a while. If we ever do work together, that gets its own agreement in plain words.
Staying in touch
If you give us an email address or a phone number, we may write or text you about the circus. Message and data rates may apply to texts. Opt out of texts anytime by replying STOP, and out of emails with the unsubscribe link or a plain message.
The work itself
You are welcome and encouraged to watch, listen, share links, and tell everyone you know. You may not copy, re-upload, sell, or commercially exploit the work without written permission.
The honest disclaimers
The site and the work are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
If these terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
